By using gaming servers such as CHILL.LV dedicated Counter-Strike 2, Counter-Strike 1.6 servers, and others, you agree to following rules: (Scroll down a bit until you find the English version).

Jūs piekrītat šādiem noteikumiem spēlējot jebkurā Chill.lv Dedicated Counter-Strike 2, Counter-Strike 1.6 vai citā spēlēs serverī:

Spēļu Serveru Datu Apstrāde​

• Mēs izmantojam jūsu IP adresi, lai pielāgotu servera iestatījumus (redzami tikai jums), piemēram, čata reklāmas un teksti pluginu izvēlnēs var tikt pielāgoti uz jūsu IP adreses izcelsmes valsts valodu.
• Mēs neglabājām pastāvīgu ierakstus ar spēlētāju IP adresēm mūsu serveros; mēs izmantojam jūsu IP adreses informāciju, kamēr uzturat aktīvu savienojumu ar spēļu serveri.
• Mēs izmantojam sīkdatnes, lai uzlabotu jūsu spēlēšanas pieredzi un saglabātu jūsu preferences, ieskaitot izvēlētās ieroču ādiņas, nospēlēto spēlēs laiku un ranku statistiku, mūsu datu bāzē.
• Mēs saglabājam ierakstu ar spēlētāju Steam ID mūsu datu bāzē, lai uzturētu bloķēto spēlētāju ierakstus, publiski parādītu top spēlētajus vai saglabātu jebkādas spēlētāju preferences, izmantojot Jūsu Steam ID (Ja jums rodas papildus jautājumi apmeklējiet - https://store.steampowered.com/privacy_agreement/).
• Mēs saglabājam informāciju, ko jūs sniedzat mums izmantojot Calladmin komandu (dati tiek automātiski dzēsti 30 dienu laikā).
• Mēs saglabājam spēles ierakstus., piemēram, spēlētāju darbības spēlē, čatā un adminu aktivitātes (dati tiek automātiski dzēsti 30 dienu laikā).
• Neaktīvie spēlētāju dati tiek dzēsti 30 dienu laikā no mūsu serveriem.
• Mēs saglabājam tikai jūsu Steam ID, VIP pakalpojuma ilgumu un VIP grupu mūsu datu bāzē pēc, ja jūs iegādājaties VIP pakalpojumus no mums. Maksājumi tiek apstrādāti, izmantojot trešās puses lietojumprogrammu Tebex.io https://www.tebex.io/terms-privacy-policy (Dati automatiski tiek dzēsti, kad VIP pakalpojums ir beidzies).
• Mēs varam izmantot vispārējus statistikas datus no serveriem, piemēram, mēneša apmeklētāju skaitu vai dienas apmeklētāju statistiku, mārketinga nolūkiem.
• Jūsu dati tiek glabāti drošā serverī un tiem nevar piekļūt neviens cits, izņemot sistēmas administratoru, kurš ir atbildība par jūsu datu drošību.

Vispārējie spēļu serveru noteikumi.​

Spēlētāju aizskaršana, micspam, chatspam:

• Gag/Mute 10min
• Gag/Mute 30-60min
• Gag/Mute 120-2880min (( 2880 = 2d ))
• Bans līdz divām nedēļām ( Rasisms, slimību piesaukšana, vecāku aizskaršana, u.t.t, pēc admina ieskatiem )

Spēles traucēšana (Griefing):

• Slay nākamā round sākumā.
• Kick
• Bans uz 2 stundām.
• Bans līdz 1 nedēļai par vairākkārtējiem pārkāpumiem.

Palīgprogrammu izmantošana:

• Bans uz mūžu

Reklamēšana, bugošana savā labā:

• Bans no nedēļas līdz mēnesim.

Reklamēšana – citu aktīvu konkurentu piemīnēšana. Visi serveri kuri ir zem chill.lv vārda, ir atļauti.

Niks nedrīkst līdzināties citu spēlētāju segvārdiem un tas nedrīkst sastāvēt no lamu vārdiem. Jūsu Nikam jāsastāv vismaz no 3 simboliem!:

• Nick maiņa
• Kick
• Bans līdz divām stundām

P.S Ja jūsu niks rakstīts ar speciālām rakstzīmēm vai speciālos šriftos Chill Administrācija neatbild par sekām ja tiksiet netīšām dēļ tā nobanots vai kāda citāda veida ietekmes dēļ tā ka jums ir šādi šrifti.

Tagi, kuri ir rasistiski, vai aizskar citus ir aizliegti!:

• Brīdinājums
• Kick
• Ban līdz divām stundām ( Rasisms, slimību piesaukšana, vecāku aizskaršana, u.t.t, pēc admina ieskatiem )

Maza piebilde: Ja CT komandā ir mazāk par 5 cilvēkiem, adminam ir tiesības noteikt - plant vietu. Piemēram: CT ir 4 un T ir 5 cilvēki. Admins saka - "A Only", tas nozīme, ka drīkst spēlēt tikai A site un middle!

Adminu noteikumi.​

• Nekāda gadījumā nedrīkst izmantot privilēģijas sava labuma gūšanai.
• Ar admina privilēģijām nedrīkst spēlēties un lielīties draugu priekšā.
• Admina pienākums ir pēc iespējas ātrāk reaģēt uz Calladmin report.
• Adminam ir kategoriski aizliegts izmantot kāda cita veida aizskarošas lietas.
• Adminam serverī maksimāli jacenšas palīdzēt cilvēkiem, lai viņa spēlēšanu padarītu labāku.
• OBLIGĀTI - serverī / forumā / discorda jābūt vienādiem nikiem, lai nerastos pārmetumi un būtu vieglāk atrast adminu.
• Bana/kick/mute iemesliem jābūt skaidri salasāmiem, nevis ar tizliem iemesliem.
• Aizliegts būt pārākam par parastajiem cilvēkiem.
• Jābūt respektablam pret visiem komūna biedriem, vienalga ko viņš tev ir izdarījis.

Game Server Data Handling
​

• We use your IP address to adjust your server preferences (only visible to you), such as chat adverts and plugin UI menus, to the language of your IP origin.
• We do not keep a permanent record of your IP address on our servers; we use your IP address information temporarily while you maintain an active connection to the gaming server.
• We use cookies to enhance your playing experience and save your preferences, including selections in the skin changer, playtime, and rank stats, in our database.
• We keep a record of players' Steam IDs in our database to maintain banned player records, display leaderboards publicly, or save any player preferences based on Steam ID (if you have any concerns regarding this, visit - https://store.steampowered.com/privacy_agreement/).
• We keep records of information you provide us in the Calladmin reports (data automatically deleted within 30 days).
• We keep records of game logs, such as player actions, chat logs, and admin activity (data automatically deleted within 30 days).
• Inactive player data is deleted within 30 days from our servers.
• We only save your Steam ID, VIP perk duration, and VIP group in our database after you purchase VIP perks. Payments are processed by the third-party app Tebex.io https://www.tebex.io/terms-privacy-policy (Data is being deleted after the VIP perks expire).
• We might use general ranking stats, such as monthly visitors or daily visitor stats, for marketing purposes.
• Your data is held on a secure server and cannot be accessed by anyone else except the System Administrator, who is responsible for keeping your data safe.

If you have any concerns regarding data collection, you have the right to email us at [email protected] to request clarification on data handling or data deletion. We will strive to respond to your email within 7 days.

Penalty Info

Every time you break rules, the penalty time doubles! Admins have the right to apply penalties differently depending on the situation.

Penalty for minor offenses like micspam, chatspam, offensive language, and nicknames/clantags:

• Name change
• Slay/Kick
• Gag/Mute for 10 minutes
• Gag/Mute for 30-60 minutes
• Gag/Mute for 120-2880 minutes (2880 = 2 days)
• Ban up to 2 weeks (for the worst offenders)

Penalty for advertising/game-breaking offenses like cheats, scripts, and exploits:

• Adverts/bug using: 1 week up to 1 month
• Cheats/hacks/scripts: Perma ban

Server Special Rules​

• You cannot use Clan Tags that contain offensive language.
• Your nickname has to be without offensive language, must be at least 3 characters long, and cannot be similar to other players' names.
• P.S. It will be your own fault if you get banned/muted by accident. If you had special characters/symbols in your nickname, we encourage you not to use them.
• If there are fewer than 5 CTs in the team, the Admin has the right to determine the site that can be played. For example, A ONLY with 4 CTs and 3 Ts in the server.

General Rules​

• Do not share any information that could possibly let others discover a player's real-life personal information, such as sharing Instagram profile links, names, or naming family members, etc.
• Treat all players with respect. No harassment, racism, discrimination, or offensive language will be tolerated.
• Cheating or using hacks is strictly prohibited. Players caught using cheats will be permanently banned.
• Avoid camping excessively. Intentional disruption of the game, trolling, monitoring, or griefing is not allowed. Respect the gaming experience of others.
• Avoid spamming the chat or promoting external products or services. This includes links to other websites & server ip addreses.
• Follow the instructions of the server administrators. Ignoring or arguing with admins may result in disciplinary action.
• Do not exploit map glitches, bugs, server plugin issues, or any unintended features. Report any issues to admins.
• Keep the language clean and appropriate. Excessive swearing or offensive language is not allowed.
• Do not intentionally cause server lag or disruptions. This includes excessive sprays or other unnecessary actions.
• Report any rule violations to the server administrators with evidence whenever possible.
• Remember that the primary goal is to have fun. Enjoy the game and contribute to a positive gaming community.

Admin Rules​

• Under no circumstances should privileges be used for personal gain.
• Admin privileges should not be played with or flaunted in front of friends.
• It is the duty of the admin to respond as quickly as possible to Calladmin reports.
• Admins are strictly prohibited from using any offensive language
• Admins in the server should strive to help people to improve their gaming experience.
• Mandatory - the nicknames on the server/forum/discord must be the same to avoid accusations and make it easier to find an admin.
• Ban/kick/mute reasons must be clearly readable, not with vague explanations.
• It is forbidden to be superior to ordinary people.
• You must be respectful to all community members, regardless of what they have done to you.
