For your appellation to even be reviewed, it needs to be correctly filled with the correct information, following this form:
1. Your SteamID or the link to your steam profile.
2. Server which you got banned in.
3. Admin that banned you.
4. Link to your ban in the banlist.
6. DEMO - without a demo, the appellation, is closed and denied.
7. Your comment about your ban.
Appellation needs to be understandable and easy to read.
